At 9:38, October 26th, 2012, Vice President Lu Zhiqiang, on behalf of HTC, signed a EPC contract (including Technical Agreement) with Heilongjiang New Energy Co. for Salta 20MW CSP Power Plant Project of Argentina.

This Contract is the first commercial supply contract for CSP power plant and the first EPC contract for CSP power plant, and also the first export contract for CSP power plant won by turbine manufacture enterprises of China. The execution of this Contract marks HTC becomes a new force rising in renewable energy and successfully stride into international CSP field, while laying a solid foundation for structure regulation and emerging industrial formation of HTC.
